  • The Danbury Museum & Historical Society (Scott-Fanton Museum) is located at 43 Main Street in downtown Danbury. The museum preserves the John and Mary Rider House (c. 1785), the Dodd Hat Shop (c. 1790), the Marian Anderson Studio, and the Charles Ives Birthplace. Huntington Hall, a modern exhibit building, contains the museum offices and a research library.

  • The Danbury Fair Mall is one of the largest malls in New England and features over 200 stores & eateries and a carousel from the old Danbury Fair. Take I84 West to Exit 3.
